Love the Keurig. Once I finally got the correct model for plumb kit, it works great. Love the brew temp option. If you buy this model be sure to get the "B" series not the "K". If you get the plumb kit with the "K" series it will work but Keurig will not honor any warranty you may need. I know from personal experience. Some ask if this takes pods other than k-cup, answer, no.

Received order timely and in good condition. Extremely easy setup as Keuriq sits on counter next to where refrigerator is located so drilled small hole in wood panel that is around fridge and connected into the water line behind refrigerator. Hooked up filter and water to Keuriq in just a few minutes and then set up Keuriq for water temp, on and off time, auto off, etc. Everything was easy and simple. Had a Keuriq before that had to be manually fill with water. It now automatically fills after each freshly brewed cup. My husband didn't want to spend the money although I was tired of constantly cleaning my wood floors where he spilled water carrying from refrigerator to the previous Keuriq. Husband now says it was well worth the money. The new machine is about the same size as my other Keuriq but has a much nicer look in our updated kitchen. We couldn't be happier. We were able to save a little money in the remodel as hubby wanted instant hot water installed at kitchen sink. Instead he just gets his hot water for tea and cocoa from the Keuriq. I previously had a Keuriq frother so I can make my latte as well.

This is our second one of these, the other lasted about three years. It gets daily use from both of us and our guests. I love That it connects to the water line, it saves time and cleanup of spilled water when we used to fill the old one. I know they are pricey but I really do enjoy the convenience.

I had a regular Keurig and used a water filter pitcher to fill the reservoir and was frustrated with the constant filling. Now I just press the button and get my coffee in no time--with no water to refill.

What can I say that has't been said before? It's such a timesaver when we are in hurry to get to work. So nice not to have to constantly look at the water level. It brews coffe that I.had problems with before. Some of the Keurig in my older keurigs the coffe woulsometime "blow out" and my cup would be full of grounds. Not to mention all the time to clean out the maker. This brewer has a lower water pressure than the others and I have not had a problem. It's very nice. And my husband was able to hook it up himself! I would have called a plumber but he said he could do it.

OMDG! This was a perfect gift for my man....I'm a great grandmother and I love this purchase...no drips or leaks...had it installed by myself within 15 minutes! Nothing to it! Ran one cup through it second cup of water I made a cup of tea....tastes great! Perfect cup everytime...and my hubby loves it for his coffee at the age of 71!! Read a few bad reviews which I ignored.....I imagine some just didn't connect it correctly or their water pressure was too high?! Best wishes to all.....this is a great purchase and we love ours!! I bought this for our office of 8 with the direct line filter kit. It's exactly what I wanted. I have it programmed to turn on 10 minutes before our office it doesn't turn off until 2 hours after it's last use. Truly instant coffee. No filling the tank, no waiting for it to heat, variety of cup sizes. I love it.

This coffee maker is great though it’s a little slower than the homebrew model beans it shuts off the heat automatically but not having to fill it with water is the extra added benefit you still have to poke and clean the needles occasionally as they will get plugged up and not dispense coffee other than that it is wonderful Also the cake ups are a little expensive

Purchased this for PERSONAL home use to have my Keurig plumbed directly to water during a kitchen remodel. Was professionally installed using a kit PURCHASED SEPARATELY that included a FILTER as recommended by Keurig. Plumbers were able to place filter and hoses under cabinet, and granite maker drilled an extra hole directy below where small water tubing needs to attach on the back of machine giving much cleaner appearance. (AGAIN, all these parts need to be purchased, NOT included with machine). SO FAR (3weeks) the Keurig has worked flawlessly. Hope it lasts as long as my previous Keurig machines.

I bought this for school lounge. Teachers are in a hurry so unfortunately not everyone treats this coffee maker with TLC. Despite this, it continues to hold up to high volume daily use. Looks as beautiful as it did when it arrived.
