Charles Reiter When ever I do that I blame the city planner who design this place Watonia Downing I see this happen a lot when I walk from the busstop to school. It's the mose basic intersection you could have: two roads crossing, both two-lane with a pedestrian island (dont know what it is in English but it's a piece of curb dividing two lanes). One way is always jam-packed in the morning, meaning that not everyone on one side can get in on the other, even if they have green light. Yet I see people everyday just going when they see the green and then being surprised by the car in front of them stopping and seeing that they are in the middle of the intersection. Emmajane Harper Hussar Saw a dude do this, blocking a whole intersection, the two lanes he's blocking get green, they fucking accelerate like its a rally stage, slam their brakes after 5 meters as they get to his car, start honking, like he just appeared out of nowhere.
